Allergen Information

At Bullvino's, your safety and comfort are our priority. Please do not hesitate to let us know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Allergy Warning: Our restaurant processes products containing dairy, eggs, tree nuts, soy, wheat, gluten, sesame seeds, fish, shellfish, and garlic. Foods may be exposed to these allergens through shared production equipment and food contact surfaces.

ALLERGEN MENU

Gluten: Our kitchen is not gluten free and cross contamination may occur. Most of our menu, including the majority of our meats and salad bar items, is naturally gluten free, with only a few items containing gluten. Our famous Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) is made with cassava flour and is 100% gluten free, making it a safe and delicious choice for gluten sensitive guests. Please inform your server of any allergies.

Fish/Shellfish: Our kitchen is not fish or shellfish free and cross contact may occur. If you have a fish or shellfish allergy, please inform your server immediately so we can take additional precautions to avoid cross contact with other proteins.

Eggs: Our kitchen is not egg free and cross contamination may occur. Eggs are present in several salads, dressings, breads, and sides.

Dairy/Milk: Our kitchen is not dairy free and cross contamination may occur. Dairy is present across cheeses, dressings, soups, sides, and certain proteins.

Peanuts/Tree Nuts: Our kitchen is not peanut or tree nut free and cross contamination may occur. Tree nuts may be present in select salads and desserts.

Soy: Soy is present in several dressings, sauces, and marinades used across the menu.

Sulfites: Sulfites are present in several menu items including cured meats, cheeses, and certain dressings and marinades.

Sesame: Sesame seeds and sesame-derived ingredients are present in select salads and dressings.

Garlic: Garlic is used extensively throughout our kitchen in marinades, sauces, and preparations across the menu. Please notify your server if you have a garlic sensitivity.

MSG: Our kitchen uses minimal added MSG. However, many of our naturally sourced ingredients including aged cheeses, cured meats, soy sauce, and fish-based sauces contain naturally occurring glutamates, which are found in countless whole foods and are considered safe by all major food safety organizations.
