Born in the Pampas of Southern Brazil, churrasco is a centuries-old tradition of grilling premium cuts of meat over open flame and serving them continuously tableside by gaucho chefs. At Bullvino’s, we proudly bring this authentic Brazilian dining experience to Bloomington.
Your experience begins at our gourmet Brazilian table featuring over 40 fresh selections, including imported cheeses, cured meats, handcrafted salads, seasonal fruits, traditional feijoada, and chef-prepared specialties made fresh daily.
Then flip your card to green and enjoy a continuous parade of fire-roasted meats carved tableside by our gaucho chefs. From our signature picanha and garlic beef to lamb, pork, chicken, and other Brazilian favorites, each cut is expertly prepared and served fresh from the grill.
